Greek Festival

These are taken from the Greek festival that was held at West End in Brisbane, I have played around with these and put borders on them.

Ahhh the good ol government health insentive

I wonder wh she was thinking of while smashing the plates! My friend actually took this and had it on Macro ... so the focus is actually on the hat in-front!

Action shot, crushing grapes.... yup that's how wine is made people mmmmm

This is a view of South Bank, whist heading home on the Citycat Ferry

Just love the colours reflecting from the river, I didn't even have a stand to take this steady shot! Obviously didn't drink enough wine at the festival

Could not resist taking this, mmmm honey puffs!

Byron Bay - Australia

Sorry for the delay in posting, I have been learning Photoshop and was hoping to do some practicing with these pictures but I will do that later....

So, lets start......

I went down to Byron Bay as the sunsets sown there are amazing and it is one of my favorite places so I am proud of all the shots I have taken here!

This is on the way to Nimbin, I couldn't resist.... just love cows!

Here I tried to blur the background and focusing in on the bird sat on the line... I think it would have been better if I could have gotten a closer shot....

Just had to take this as although in Australia, looking at the lovely cart this you would think you were in Thailand!

I know this is a terrible shot, but just take a read.... hmmmmm I wonder what this person was on when they wrote this!

This was taken in the same place as the above (Nimbin Museum).... It was the craziest museum I have EVER been in! However love the old rustic colours in this photo.

Back in Byron Bay, just in time for the sunset.... I love how the light from the sun gives off the silhouette look... and I just love the silhouette of the person taking a photo right in the middle!

This is one of my favorite shots.... I took a few to capture this!

Ahhhh the sunset! The sun is sooooo bright, the colours around the sun make it soooo warm!

This was taken the next day, I have played around with the colour for this to make it more vibrant, what do you think? I don't know if it makes the actual surfer look too dark....?

Here is another, quite pleased with how the water has been captured, but again I prob should have focused in more on the surfer... what do you think?

This would have been better closer up, and maybe a couple of seconds after as this guy was falling off his surfboard ....

I need to work on how the light reflects on the water, but I thought I would give it a try.....

Tee hee, just couldn't resits!
